Virginia Coffey

Development Associate

Virginia joined Affirmative as a Development Associate in 2024 after her graduation from Dartmouth College, where she studied engineering and design. At Affirmative, she supports a range of housing projects, including permanent supportive housing and senior living communities, in both Massachusetts and Pennsylvania. Virginia cares deeply about increasing access to safe, comfortable, and affordable housing in all communities. Prior to joining the team at Affirmative, Virginia completed internships in project management and cost estimation with two Massachusetts general contractors and worked in regional planning, where she strategized on how to increase affordable and workforce housing stock in Vermont.
