Grace Apartments

Grace Apartments is a 42-unit, seven story, 100% affordable rental development for the elderly (55+), the disabled, and the formerly homeless. The building was a clever urban infill of an existing parking lot for existing affordable housing, owned and operated by the East Boston Community Development Corporation. This project is one of many partnerships between Affirmative and EBCDC. Ten units will be for residents with incomes 30% AMI or below, five of which will be dedicated to formerly homeless residents. Sixteen units will be for residents with incomes at or below 60% AMI.
