Located at 71 Middle Street in Gloucester, John J Meany Senior Affordable Housing is a 44-unit property for those 62 years of age and older. All residents of John J Meany Senior Affordable Housing will receive a full membership to the YMCA of the North Shore. All of the units are subject to the financing requirements, and the low-income tax credit housing program requirements. The site will have three different income levels: 26 units for households at or below 60% of Area Median Income (AMI); 5 units at 50% of AMI; and 5 at 30% of AMI.
