Scranton Main is the seventh partnership between Affirmative Investments and the Falmouth Housing Corporation. The new affordable senior residential development includes 48 units and a commercial storefront on Main Street in Falmouth. The project will bring needed affordable units of housing to the downtown area and features outdoor recreation and gathering spaces, an on-site solar installation, a roof deck, as well as a community room. Scranton Main is Passive-House designed.
